Refund and Cancellation Policy
Energshoulder Ltd is committed to providing quality consulting services. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for consulting engagements.
Consultation & Discovery Sessions
Free Discovery Session
- No payment required for initial 30–45 minute discovery consultations
- Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in rescheduling rather than refund
Standard Engagement
Payment Terms
- 50% payment due upon engagement confirmation
- 50% payment due upon completion of Phase 2 (Design)
Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellation within 14 days of booking: Full refund of deposit (50% of engagement fee)
- Cancellation after Phase 1 commenced: Non-refundable deposit; remaining balance waived
- Cancellation during Phase 2 or later: No refund available; engagement is considered commenced
Extended Partnership
Payment Terms
- Initial payment of 30% due upon contract signing
- Remaining balance invoiced in monthly instalments throughout the 6–12 month term
Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellation within 14 days of contract signing: Full refund of initial payment
- Cancellation after implementation commenced: No refund of payments made; remaining balance waived
- Early termination by mutual agreement: Refund based on services completed; consulting fees for work delivered are non-refundable
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're dissatisfied with the initial consultation, please let us know within 7 days. We'll work with you to address your concerns or arrange an alternative approach at no additional cost during that period.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Materials, resources, and templates created specifically for your organisation
- Facilitator time and coaching sessions completed
- Travel costs and expenses incurred for in-person engagements
- Custom framework development and design work
Extensions & Additional Services
Extended partnerships may be extended beyond the initial term by mutual written agreement. Additional coaching sessions or consulting hours can be purchased separately. These are subject to the terms in place at time of purchase.
Changes to Engagement Scope
If you wish to change the scope of your engagement (add services, extend timeline, etc.), we'll discuss options and adjust pricing accordingly. Changes must be documented in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
Payment Methods & Disputes
We accept payment via bank transfer and invoice. All payments must be made within 30 days of invoice date. If you dispute a charge, please contact us immediately at info@energshoulder.world.
Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseeable circumstances (natural disaster, pandemic, severe illness) preventing service delivery, we will work with you to reschedule or adjust the engagement. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
